DCA SSB Training – Our Objective

DCA has a well-defined mission and long-term vision. The academy aims to produce 1,000 Commissioned Officers and 10,000 Defence Personnel by the year 2030, through disciplined training, focused mentorship, and result-oriented SSB preparation.

Comprehensive Career-Oriented SSB Training

At DCA, cadets are trained with a clear purpose—to prepare them for successful careers as Officers in the Armed Forces, as well as Doctors, Engineers in Defence Services, and equivalent officer-level positions in the Merchant Navy and Civil Aviation sectors.

Our SSB training approach ensures that every candidate is groomed to meet the expectations of the Selection Boards with confidence and competence.

Personality Development Through SSB-Oriented Activities

Group Discussions, Debates, and structured interactive sessions form a core part of DCA’s SSB training methodology. These activities help cadets develop essential Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) required throughout the SSB process.
